Submit an AI Tool

Tell us about your AI product and attach a square logo. Every submission is reviewed for accuracy, usefulness, and transparency before we decide whether to publish it.

Eligibility

What we consider

Submission does not guarantee publication. To be considered, a tool should meet the following baseline requirements:

  • The product is an AI-powered tool, agent, platform, or service with a clear practical use.
  • The product has an official, publicly accessible website that accurately explains what it does.
  • The product is currently available, in a documented waitlist or beta, or has a verifiable launch plan.
  • Claims, pricing, ownership, and access requirements can be checked against reliable sources.
  • The submission is lawful, safe to list, and not designed to deceive, impersonate, or distribute harmful content.

What to include

Complete submissions are easier to verify and review. Attach a square logo, then use the email button. The template includes these fields:

  • A square product logo attached to the email (200 × 200 px minimum, PNG or SVG preferred)
  • Tool name, official website, and a concise description
  • Primary category, key features, and practical use cases
  • Pricing model, verified starting price, and availability
  • Official documentation, pricing, privacy, and terms links
  • Known limitations, access requirements, or regional restrictions
  • Your name, work email, and relationship to the product
Do not send passwords, API keys, private customer data, or other confidential information. Review access is optional and should use a dedicated test account.

Logo and images

Attach a square product logo

Listings need a logo. Email cannot carry files automatically, so attach the image to the same message after the template opens. Without a usable logo, we cannot complete the listing.

  • Minimum size: 200 × 200 px
  • Must be a 1:1 square crop
  • PNG or SVG preferred
  • Transparent background when possible
  • Larger squares (for example 512 × 512) are welcome

Hero image

1200 × 400pixels, wide banner

This appears at the top of the listing page. Attach it only if you have a clear, official product screenshot or banner at this size.

How to send

Attach the files

  1. 1. Click Submit by Email to open the template.
  2. 2. Attach the square logo (and optional hero image) to that email.
  3. 3. Fill in the logo filename and size fields in the template.
  4. 4. Do not paste logos as inline screenshots if you can attach a file.

Editorial review

How submissions are evaluated

Provider submissions are starting points, not finished listings. Our editorial team may rewrite, shorten, verify, reject, or request support for submitted claims.

Accuracy

We check the name, purpose, features, pricing, availability, and important claims.

Evidence

We prioritize official websites, documentation, pricing pages, policies, and release notes.

Usefulness

The listing should help readers understand who the tool is for and when it may be useful.

Transparency

Important limits, access conditions, commercial relationships, and testing status must be clear.

Response timing

We aim to send an initial response within 7 business days. A complete editorial review may take longer when claims require additional verification or information is missing.

We may ask follow-up questions. Publication timing is not guaranteed, and submitting the same tool repeatedly does not accelerate review.

Corrections and updates

To correct a published listing, email us with the listing URL, the exact information that should change, and an official source supporting the correction.

Corrections are reviewed independently. Providers cannot pay to remove factual limitations or control editorial wording. A “Last reviewed” date is updated only after a substantive editorial check.
